  • Tulare County's Health and Human Services Agency has identified 151 clientele that have been affected by the drought, with 4 applications pending (increase of 5 from previous report)
  • As of October 3, 2014,Tulare County's Environmental Health has approved over 1,387 drilling permits for wells (increase of 34 from previous report)
  • The Tulare County USDA Service Center is processing one (1) application for the Section 502/504 Program (NEW, FINAL)
  • Since September 1, 2014 - October 3, 2014, Proteus has issued 239 Rental Assistance Services (increase of 46 from previous report) and 113 Utility Payment Services (increase of 22 from previous report) due to the effects of drought
