  • Tulare County's Health and Human Services Agency has identified 268 clientele that have been affected by the drought (no change from previous report), with 11 applications pending
  • As of January 2, 2015, Tulare County's Environmental Health has approved 1,909 drilling permits for wells (increase of 58 from previous report)
  • The Workforce Investment Board reports that 269 employees have been laid off or have had their work hours reduced due to drought since March, 2014 (no change from previous report)
