How to Apply

Submit a completed online application, along with answers to any "supplemental questions" associated with that particular opening. Applications may be submitted on the Job Opportunities page.

To view detailed information, click on the job title. While viewing the job bulletin, you may apply online by clicking on the APPLY button. You will be guided through the application process.  

HRD only accepts applications for employment during an announced recruiting period for the specified jobs. Job openings listed as "continuous" have no specific filing deadline. You should submit the online application as soon as possible to be sure you are considered for the next opening. Continuous recruitments may close at any time.

Complete a separate online application form for each job. Prospective employees must complete all applicable sections including the education  and work experience history. Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of this information. A resume will not be accepted in lieu of an official application unless specified for that particular job opening. Resumes and certifications may be attached to an application as additional material. This is not a downloadable application. It must be completed and submitted online.

Fill out the application completely and clearly show that you meet the employment standards. It is important that your application show all the relevant education, training, and experience you possess. Applications may be rejected if incomplete. All statements on the completed application materials are subject to verification.

To the best of your ability, answer all supplemental questions asked as a part of the application.  The supplemental questions must be completely filled out and may be used to determine your qualifications for the position or for scoring applications. If your supplemental application form is incomplete, you may be disqualified.

If our current openings do not include jobs you are interested in at this time, you may complete an online "Interest Card." To do so, click on the Job Description you are interested in. Next, click "Email when jobs like this become available". From there, fill out and submit a job interest card. You will be notified by email once the job(s) you are interested in open for recruitment. You must fill out an online Interest Card for each different job title.
