MISSION

To acquire quality commodities, materials and services at an economical cost to the agencies of the County of Tulare.  We provide these commodities and services in a quick and efficient manner, within the legal boundaries of the purchasing field, by using the latest practices and technologies.  Thereby, enabling the County to quickly provide services to the public.
