The Human Resources & Development Department lobby will be closed to the general public , effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020 until further notice, with the exception that those public applicants who have pre-scheduled appointments for job classification exams, fingerprinting, bilingual language testing, and interviews will be given access. Employees, retirees and former employees who need to make in-person payments for health insurance premiums will be provided access. HRD staff will be answering phone calls at  (559)636-4900 and responding to emails during office hours of Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am-Noon.
