Real Property Owners - Mailing Address Change


Owners must maintain a current mailing address for each parcel owned.  To change your mailing address choose ONE of the following methods. Do not submit an address change more than once.
  • Requests must be made in writing. Requests are not accepted by telephone. Complete the Mailing Address Change form. Return the completed form by fax, mail or e-mail to assessor@tularecounty.ca.gov
  • Write to the Tulare County Assessor, 221 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia, CA . Provide your name, parcel number, property address, new mailing address, daytime telephone number, and signature.
  • Use the Change of Address on your tax bill. The change will be forwarded to the Assessor.

Business Personal Property Address Change

Business owners may change their mailing address using one of the methods below:
  • Requests must be made in writing.  Requests are not accepted by telephone.  Complete the Account Change Form and snail mail or e-mail to BPP@tularecounty.ca.gov
  • Write to the Tulare County Assessor, 221 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia, CA . Provide your business name, parcel number, property address, new mailing address, daytime telephone number, name and signature. 

Property Address Information (Street Address)
