The offices of the Recorder and County Clerk are committed to providing exceptional customer service in an accurate, innovative, and efficient manner. Services include:

  • Recording and indexing public records, documents and legal notices.

  • The issuance of copies of birth, death and marriage certificates.

  • The filing of fictitious business name statements and other public documents.

Public service counters are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except holidays). Document recording and certificate issuance are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
