The offices of the Recorder and County Clerk are committed to providing exceptional customer service in an accurate, innovative, and efficient manner. Services include:

Recording and indexing public records, documents and legal notices.
The issuance of copies of birth, death and marriage certificates.
The filing of fictitious business name statements and other public documents.

Public service counters are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except holidays). Document recording and certificate issuance are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
