Fiscal Division

Probation Accounting Services is responsible for the department budget, accounts payable, payroll and other expenditures.  Additionally, all of the claims, reimbursements and required fiscal reports for grants and contracts are completed by the fiscal staff.  

Probation Accounting Services also serves the courts and community by collecting and distributing Court ordered victim restitution, fines, and fees.  Victim restitution is and will remain the highest priority.  Payments may be submitted via cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.  Payments can be made in person, or over the phone at 1-888-604-7888.  Clients preferring to pay online may use a credit, debit or pre-paid debit card at GovNetPay.
