Within the past two weeks detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s department South County Gang Violence Suppression Unit received information of an illegal marijuana cultivation operation at the above location. Additional information was that the operation was being guarded with armed subjects utilizing assault type weapons.

On 10/8/14, after a nearby school was closed for the day, detectives served a search warrant at the location and located the above suspects in and around the marijuana garden, harvesting the marijuana.

Detectives found at the location approx.. 60 pounds of processed marijuana and remnants of over 120 plants. This amount exceeded the limit allowed by the recommendations posted at the grow site. Statements obtained implicated the first five listed suspects conspired to grow the marijuana for the purpose of sales. They were charged with cultivation, cultivation/possession for sales and conspiracy. Sheryl Davis was contacted at the location and was arrested on an outstanding $30,000.00 dollar felony warrant charging drug possession. All suspects were booked at Tulare County Jail facilities.
