Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Spencer Avenue, Tipton, regarding a disturbance in progress. The reporting party (RP) stated a random subject which they do not know arrived to their residence and was causing arguments with family members. After further investigation the subject left the scene prior to Deputies arriving. While speaking with the RP they pointed at a female adult standing near the intersection of Smith Street and Spencer Avenue, saying that was her.
Deputies contacted the subject and while speaking with her she displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Drug paraphernalia was also located in her immediate area. She became combative and resisted arrest when Deputies attempted to take her into custody. She kicked and spit on Deputies multiple times.
Once placed in the back seat of a patrol unit she kicked the back windows multiple times, damaging the window and dislodging it from the frame.
The subject also made threats to shoot and kill Deputies once she was released from jail.
The suspect was booked at the Adult Pretrial Facility.
