S/3 Male Hispanic/ 17 yrs   Exeter, Ca.  Charges: 148 PC- delaying an officer in the performance of his duties.
S/4 Female Hispanic/ 14 yrs   Farmersville, Ca.  Charges: 148.9 PC- False information to a peace officer.

On the listed date and time Investigators from the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Departments Gang Violence Suppression Unit conducted a probation compliance check at a residence in the 400 blk of S. “G” Street in Exeter.This residence is known to the gang investigators to house known southern gang members who are on active probation..
During the compliance check Roberto Lopez and Martin Jacobo were contacted and served with the active arrest warrants for the listed charges, they were taken into custody without incident. Suspect #3 MH/ 17 yrs was found hiding in the residence and refused to comply with directions from the investigators and delayed them in the performance of their duties and was taken into custody without incident. Suspect #4 when contacted by investigators, provided false information about her identity to them and when investigators obtained her true identity took her into custody without incident on the listed charges. All the suspects are known southern gang members to the gang investigators.
During the compliance check an unloaded 12 gauge shotgun and numerous rounds of ammunition for the shotgun were located. The investigation is continuing into the ownership of the shotgun and further charges are pending.
The case is currently under investigation by the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team which is funded by a Byrnes Justice Assistance Grant/ Closing the Circle and made up of Gang Investigators from the Exeter and Farmersville Police Department and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
