On Wednesday 11/25/2015 the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team and the Gang Violence Suppression Unit , with the assistance of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation SSU and the Tulare County Probation Department conducted Parole and Probation Compliance checks of known gang members throughout the Tulare County communities of Exeter, Farmersville, Woodlake and Ivanhoe in an effort to combat gang violence with a zero tolerance for gang activities and made the following arrests:
15- 80082 11/25/15 1030 hours
200 Blk of E. Sierra Woodlake, Ca.
Suspect #1: Israel Cabrera MH/ 30 Yrs Woodlake, Ca
On listed date and time Israel Cabreara was contacted by gang investigators during a Parole Compliance check and was found not to be in compliance with his terms and conditions of Parole. Cabrera, a known Northern Gang member, He was found to be in possession of a rifle and live ammunition, (29900(a)(1) PC Felon in possession of a firearm, 30305(a)(1) PC Felon in possession of ammunition and 3056 PC Violation of parole). Cabrera was arrested without incident and booked at the APTF.

200 Blk of E. Sierra Woodlake, Ca
Suspect # 1 Adult MH/ 53 yrs Woodlake, Ca
On the listed date and time an adult male 53 yrs was contacted by Gang Investigators during a Parole Compliance check and found to be in possession of a concealed loaded handgun in his vehicle, 25400(a)(1) PC. The adult male was taken into custody without incident and issued a citation for the listed charge.

500 blk of S. Shasta Farmersville, Ca
Suspect #1 Ernesto Sianez MH/34 Yrs Farmersville, Ca.
On listed date and time Ernesto Sianez was contacted by gang investigators during a Parole Compliance check and was found in possession of one (1) pound of processed Marijuana along with indicia for sales. Sianez did not have a medical marijuana recommendation. He was not in compliance with his terms and conditions of Parole. Sianez was arrested without incident for 11357 (c) H&S Possession of more than one ounce of Marijuana and 11359 H&S Possession for sales of Marijuana. A parole violation was also issued pursuant to 3056 PC.He was booked at the APTF.
Nine (9) Gang field interviews were conducted and recorded.
Five (5) miscellaneous misdemeanor arrest warrants were served.
In all 24 compliance checks were conducted.

The Interagency Gang Enforcement Team (IGET) is made up of investigators from the Exeter and Farmersville Police Departments along with Investigators from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department. It is funded by a grant from the Byrnes Justice Assistance Grant/ Closing the Circle Program.
