 On 09/26/2015 at approximately 1631 Hours a Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a Hispanic male adult who was walking west bound near the 38300 block of Hwy 190 in Springville.  The Deputy conducted a consensual encounter with the unknown Hispanic male adult. Shortly after, a Hispanic female adult driving a black 4door Mazda approached both the Deputy and male subject. It was later discovered the Hispanic female and the male subject were in a relationship and had a verbal argument. Deputy was later advised the female had a Misdemeanor Tulare County Warrant and the male had an active Felony warrant. The male subject took leg bail heading west bound on Hwy 190 then south toward the river. The Deputy stood by the female adult who had the misdemeanor warrant and detained her. The Deputy later discovered the vehicle the female was driving was a stolen vehicle from the Los Angeles County area. Deputies were later able to locate the male subject. While Deputies contacted the male subject it was learned the male subject began to physically fight with Deputies causing an injury to a Deputy. The subject was later taken into custody booked at the Porterville Substation. CHP (Porterville) had taken the female into custody for the stolen vehicle.
