On February 16, 2017 at approximately 1120 hours, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff's Office Inter Agency Gang Enforcement Team arrested Samuel Camposeco on the 400 Block of North F Street in the City of Exeter. Over the last month, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit followed up on a number of leads, including locations out of state, in attempts to locate Camposeco who fled shortly after the shooting on Jan. 5.
