On July 31st, 2015 at approximately 1500 hours:
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department was advised of a possible location of a 14 year old female missing juvenile. The juvenile was reported missing from the Las Vegas area in 2014 and was rumored to be in the Farmersville area living under an alias. Sheriff’s Deputies were able to locate a possible address believed to be used by the juvenile.
At approximately 2300 hours, Deputies arrived at a residential undisclosed Farmersville address and located the missing juvenile inside. The juvenile was discovered to have a newborn child by a 22 year old male.
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered the suspect had a sexual relationship with the juvenile while she was 13 years old, and again after she was 14 years old. The juvenile and the five week old child were released to the Child Welfare Services. The suspect was later transported to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Pre-trail facility and booked without incident.
Suspect: Not released.
The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
