Two Men Arrested for Hanging Dogs & Beating them to Death with Sticks

    

Wednesday at 8 p.m., Tulare County Sheriff's Office Deputies were called to an address in the 14200 block of Ave 428 in Orosi regarding an animal cruelty complaint.  On arrival, Deputies found two dead dogs.  

Tulare County Sheriff Detectives then took over the investigation.

Throughout the  investigation, Detectives determined Angel Perez Valencia and Carlos Rivera to be responsible for the deaths of two adult dogs. Detectives learned that Valencia and Rivera suspected the dogs killed their baby pigs. So, they hung both dogs and beat them to death with sticks. Both Male suspects were arrested and booked at the Pre-Trial Facility on multiple animal cruelty charges.
