Early this morning, Joy Bivins was found safe. Thank you for sharing our post and helping us locate Joy.

Deputies are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 84-Year-Old Joy Bivins.

Joy was last seen in the 27300 Block of Avenue 146 In Porterville around 7:30 p.m. 

She was last seen wearing brown shorts, a brown sweater and sandals. Joy is 5’2, weighs 100 pounds and has white hair.
