March 26, 2013 - Protecting Your Online Identity
A good place to start when protecting your online identity is a strong password. The Tulare County policy is as follows:
6 characters, and three of the following four are required:
- One capital letter
- One lowercase letter
- One special character
- One number
The password cannot include your name.
