B. Meetings:

  1. Public Meetings: Public meetings are held every other month on the fourth Tuesday of January, Mar, May, July, September, and November to begin at 3:30 PM.  The public meetings are conducted in such places within the County of Tulare, as the Commission shall designate.

  2. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the Commission are open to the public and may be set at any time and at any place within the County of Tulare designated in the notice of the special meeting.
