The Tulare County Public Law Library is open to the public and has been serving the legal information needs of Tulare County residents since 1891 (130 years!). The library provides free access to legal material and focuses on core California and specific areas of law. Resources are in print or electronic format and research staff can help you find answers to your legal questions.
