Child Support Call Center Outage

The California Department of Child Support Services Call Center is unable to take calls. Customers will not be able to connect to their Local Child Support Agency. During the outage, callers will hear “dead air." The Department is actively working with its vendor to resolve the issue.

Customers can get most of their questions answered by accessing the Customer Connect website at https://www.cse.ca.gov/CustomerConnect/login.
