Welcome to the website for the Tulare County Fire Department and thank you for taking time to visit us. We hope that you find the site informative and engaging. As the Fire Chief, I am excited to serve the many communities in our County and learning what our citizens expect from their fire department. To do this we need to hear from you whenever you have a question or a concern. There are many ways in which we can provide fire and life safety service to the community but this is best done when we know what the communities expect. This website is designed to answer a large portion of frequently asked questions, but we realize sometimes you just want to talk to a Fire Department representative. Please feel free to contact us at (559) 802-9800.

On behalf of the men and women of the Tulare County Fire Department thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Charlie Norman, Fire Chief
Tulare County Fire Department
