Around 5:30 a.m., TCSO Deputies were called to the Tipton Overpass at Avenue 152 and Highway 99 for a man down.

When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives have been called to the scene and will take over the investigation.
