Just before 5 this morning, CHP Officers were called to the area of Road 168 and Avenue 308 in Visalia for a vehicle wrecked into a ditch.

When they arrived, they found the driver had been shot. So they contacted the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries and TCSO Detectives are currently investigating.
