Update: Gang Member Arrested For Attempted Homicide in Orosi
Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office successfully located and arrested a gang member regarding an attempted homicide in Orosi that took place on 4/28/23 at a gas station. The victim was shot multiple times just after 8 p.m. On 4/29/23, Detectives located the suspect vehicle and arrested Andres Castillo.

At approximately 8 p.m. on 4/28/23, Deputies were dispatched to the Valero gas station in the 40000 block of Road 128 in Orosi for a subject who had just been shot. Deputies arrived to find an adult male had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The subject was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
