TCSO Detectives Need Public’s Help to Solve Deadly Shooting at London Halloween Party

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding more information about a deadly shooting that occurred during a Halloween party in London on October 28th, 2023. Around 12:30 a.m. TCSO Deputies were in the area of the 37700 Block of Road 60 in New London for a loud music complaint when a shooting broke out. One person was killed in the shooting. About 200 people were at the party that night and TCSO Investigators believe several people witnessed the murder.
