On 2-21-14 Deputies from Tulare County Sheriff’s Department were serving arrest warrants in the 400 block of Center in Porterville.

Deputies contacted Socorro Sanchez at a residence. Further investigation revealed Sanchez was processing Marijuana and converting it to Honey Oil. He was arrested without incident and booked into Tulare County Jail for 11379.6 H&S.
