On 2-21-14 at 2148 hours Deputies contacted Ramon Manriquez (51 years of age) during a traffic stop near the intersection of Church and Washington street(s) in Earlimart.  During the contact, Manriquez was found to be intoxicated and arrested without incident.  After his arrest, he was transported to the Pixley Substation where he was found to be in Possession of one bindle of cocaine.  Manriquez was later booked into custody at Main Jail in Visalia.

The case remains under investigation by TCSO.
