On 08-03-2017 at 1200 hours, Deputies responded to the 6300 block of Avenue 176, Tulare, in regards to the theft of a welding trailer. The trailer was described as black in color and containing various different tools including, but not limited to, a Lincoln Welder, a torch, and a chop saw.

The total loss for the stolen trailer and tools was valued at $4,030. Photographs were taken as evidence.
