On 8/3/17 at 1200 hours during an ongoing investigation, Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Ag Crimes Unit responded to the 20600 block of Avenue 244, in Lindsay, to conduct a follow up investigation regarding a recent theft of Ag equipment in the 21400 block of Road 196, Exeter.

Upon arrival, Detectives contacted Francisco Lemus Magana who was a person of interest in this investigation.

Detectives searched the property and located the stolen trailer from Fisher Brother Farms. The trailer was concealed under a pile of pallets and trash. The trailer was identified and released to the owner. The trailer was valued at approximately $4,000.  

Francisco Lemus Magana was arrested for multiple thefts related to the investigation and (2) outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
