66-Year-Old Richgrove Man Behind Bars for Child Molestation

On Monday, September 16, 2019, TCSO Deputies were called to a home in Richgrove for a report of child molestation. Deputies were told that 66-year-old Jose Alvarado Of Richgrove had molested a child under the age of 14 earlier that day. 

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit took over the investigation and arrested Alvarado. He was booked at the Porterville Detention Facility for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.
