On June 21, 2015, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office received information inferring an allegation from Chain, Cohn, Stiles law firm that they are filing a claim against the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office on behalf of Maria Guadalupe Rodelo.  The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has not yet received a formal complaint from Ms. Rodelo nor the law firm outlining what these allegations are.  The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is a professional organization that takes any allegation of misconduct seriously. The Sheriffs Office will investigate all information with an unbiased approach to assure a thorough factual investigation eliminating inferences and mere allegations.
