Deputies responded to a Dairy in the 13000 Block of Avenue 128, in Pixley, regarding an animal abuse case. Deputies were informed that while the Supervisor was reviewing video footage in the Milking Barn, he observed an employee later identified as Pablo Carcamo hitting a cow that was loaded into a milking station with a metal pipe.

Deputies were informed the incident occurred on the Dairy at approximately 0106 hours.  Deputies contacted Pablo at the Dairy and later arrested him for PC 597 (Animal Abuse).

Detectives responded to the Dairy, contacted witnesses, processed the scene, collected evidence and the video footage.
