On 1-27-17, at approximately 0730 hours, Deputies responded to the area of South Oak Road and Tulare Avenue in Earlimart regarding a female juvenile who was approached by a male adult in a vehicle. During the investigation, it was learned the driver of the vehicle solicited conversation with the juvenile in an attempt to lure her to his car. The juvenile was able to run away from the driver without further incident.

The vehicle is described as a green Honda 4-door with tinted rear windows and chipped paint. California license # 7EEA145.

Suspect is described as an Hispanic male adult, thin build with light skin complexion, no facial hair and a “fade” style haircut. The subject was wearing a black shirt and a red 49er baseball cap with a black logo and black bill.

During the later stages of the investigation, it was learned two other female juveniles, walking together to school, were also approached by the same subject, driving the same vehicle. The driver solicited conversation with them and attempted to lure both juveniles to his location. The driver asked them if they wanted a ride and they told him no and walked away.
