Suspect 3: Bobby Boen (30 years of age, resident of Bakersfield)

Charge: 3056 (California Department of Correction Parole Warrant)

Suspect 4: Brianna Gordon (25 years of age, resident of Bakersfield)
Charge: 11550(a) HS: Under the influence of a controlled substance. 
 
Narrative:

On June 20, 2014 at approximately 0630 hours, Deputies with the Porterville Substation responded to the 600 Block of Reservation Road in Porterville to assist Officers with the Tule River Department of Public Safety in regards to possible narcotic activity. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted Brittany Pounds, Jason Moore, Bobby Boen and Brianna Gordon. During the course of the investigation Deputies found Brittany Pounds and Jason Moore in possession of 10 grams of Methamphetamines, scales and packaging materials. Bobby Boen was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in violation of his parole. Brianna Gordon was also found to be under the influence of controlled substance and were subsequently arrested and at Pre Trail Detention Facility.
