On 9-2-2014, 0400hrs. The Tulare County Sheriff Department was dispatched to the 40500 block of Johnston Rd. in Cutler regarding an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival Deputies were confronted by a 17 year old juvenile who challenged Deputies to a fight. The juvenile assaulted a Tulare County Sheriff Deputy. The juvenile was eventually subdued and placed under arrest. 

Arrested: 17 year old male Juvenile.
