On 10-15-2017 at 2209 hours Deputies responded to the 800 Block of South Ash St, Pixley, Tulare County, in regards to threats made. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted a Hispanic male adult who subsequently became combative with Deputies. The suspect refused to comply with Deputies’ orders and was apprehended. The suspect kicked, head butted and bit Deputies during the altercation. The suspect also threw himself against the Tulare County Patrol unit and head butted the car causing damage to the rear quarter panel. He was later transported and booked for PC 69, as well as, PC 594b.
