On 04-02-17 at 1922 hours, Deputies were dispatched to a brandishing of weapon(s) that had just occurred. Upon arrival, Deputies determined that 28-year-old adult Trivion Hooks went to the residence and caused an argument while holding a box cutter. Hooks pointed at the victim and threatened that he was going to get him.

After further investigation, it was discovered that days prior, Hooks attempted to hit the victim with a bat while the victim sat in his vehicle. Hooks broke multiple windows to the vehicle during his attempt to attack the victim. The victim drove away prior to being hit by the bat. The victim feared for his life during that incident.
