Suspect: Robert Hernandez

On 6-21-17, at approximately 2258 hours, deputies responded to a report of an assault with a firearm in the 500 block of East Addie Avenue, in Tulare. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted a male subject, identified as Victim 1 and a female identified as Victim 2.

Upon investigation, deputies learned that the suspect, Robert Hernandez, had fired a single round from an unknown type of handgun at V1. Deputies responded to the 600 block of West Wade in an attempt to locate Robert Hernandez but were unable to locate him. Deputies are actively seeking Robert Hernandez.

This case is currently awaiting review by the District Attorney’s office.
