On 01/20/15, at 0815 hours, Tulare County Sheriff Deputies responded to the 30800 block of Road 70, Goshen, regarding a shooting that just occurred with one gunshot victim.

   Upon arrival, Deputies learned that while the victim was visiting a family member at the said location, suspect approached them on foot.  Vitim and witnesses reported the suspect started an argument, then pulled out a handgun and fired one shot striking the victim.  The suspect fled the scene on foot to an unknown location.  The victim was transported to Kaweah Delta District Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and later released.

***Update News Release***

 

On 1-22-15 Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Detectives along with Tulare County Sheriff’s Department HQ Patrol Deputies followed up on several leads regarding possible locations of suspect Martin Feliciano.

 

At approx.. 1400 hrs. Deputies were following up with information in the 32500 block of Rd. 124, Visalia when they located Feliciano. Feliciano was subsequently arrested without incident and booked at the Adult Pre Trial Facility for the fresh charge of 245 PC, 1 misdemeanor warrant for $20,000 and 1 felony warrant for $30,000.

 

The case remains under investigation.
