On Friday, July 28, 2017 at about 1040 pm., Tulare County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the 23000 block of  Parsons Avenue  regarding a 25-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound. The male victim was transported by way of ambulance to an area hospital for further evaluation and treatment.  The injury was diagnosed by hospital staff as non-life threatening.  

Preliminary witness statements indicated the victim was struck by gunfire during a drive-by shooting. After further investigation, Detectives learned the suspect vehicle was a 2000’s model Red Ford Mustang, occupied by two adult males.
