Suspect: Agustine Negrette, 38 years old, of Sanger

On 7-30-17 at approximately 0020 hours, the victim was at Club Latino Rodeo grounds located in the 12300 block of Avenue 408, in Cutler, when he was engaged in a dispute with Agustine Negrette. 

During the dispute, Agustine Negrette utilized a knife and stabbed the victim.  The victim sustained two lacerations from the assault. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released for his injuries.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene by deputies and booked without incident.
