Suspect: Daniel Ballesteros, HMA Orosi resident. 

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in regards to an assault with a deadly weapon.  Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect assaulted the victim with a weapon causing non-life-threatening injuries. 

The victim was treated and released at a local hospital.  The suspect was arrested and booked at the Adult Pre-Trail Facility on the above charge.
