On 11/03/2017, Deputies from theSheriff's Orosi Substation responded to the community of Cutler for a report of a victim of a gunshot wound.  It was learned that a vehicle passed and one victim was shot.  The victim was transported to a local hospital and was treated for his injuries.  The investigation is ongoing.
