On January 10th, 2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies responded to the area of Camp and Wills in Goshen regarding a gunshot wound victim. Deputies arrived and located a Hispanic male in the front yard of a nearby residence, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was reported in stable condition with non life threatening injuries.

Detectives with the Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team (TAGNET), arrived and took over the investigation. Numerous witnesses were contacted and the investigation is ongoing.
