Victim #1: 25-year-old male adult

Victim #2: Male Juvenile 14 years old.

Suspect(s): Unknown

On 3-16-18 at approximately 1530 hours, Tulare County Sheriff's Detectives responded to the 41600 block of Road 130, in Orosi, regarding an assault with a firearm. Investigation revealed both victims were driving in a vehicle at this location when unknown suspect(s) began shooting at both victims.

Victim #1, a 25-year-old male adult, was struck in the torso area and was transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center where he was treated for a non-life-threatening gun shot wound.

Victim #2, a 14-year-old male juvenile, was not struck by the gunfire. The case is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team (TAGNET).
