On 2-19-19 Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Richgrove area in regards to the report of a gunshot wound victim. Upon arrival Deputies located the victim with a non-life threatening injury. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital, treated and released.

Deputies located items of evidentiary value and ultimately contacted Detectives to take over the investigation. Upon their arrival Detectives gathered further information and active leads are being followed up on.
