Narrative:

On 9/6/2019, at approximately 1900 hours, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by the Porterville Police Department in regards to an assault with a deadly weapon incident that occurred in the county area where the victim had been shot by an unknown subject in a white sedan, possibly a Cadillac. The victim then drove himself to his residence in the City of Porterville and called 911. The victim was transported to Sierra View Hospital where he was treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound and later released.

This case is currently being investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Detectives Division.
