On above listed time and date, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Porterville Substation responded to the area of Road 236 and Avenue 93 in Terra Bella regarding assault with a deadly weapon.

Upon arrival, Deputies detained three subjects. While conducting a canvass of the area, a 22 caliber revolver was located. Upon investigation, it was discovered that one of the subjects pointed a gun at the victim and pulled the trigger approximately 2 times. The victim stated although the trigger was pulled the gun did not fire.

The suspect, Daniel Mosqueda, 20, of Terra Bella, was booked at the Porterville substation.
