On 06/13/2016 at approximately 0930 Hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 5400 block of Braly in Ducor in regards to an assault with a deadly weapon.

At approximately 0830 hours, Patricia Lucio approached the victim and threw a rock at her striking her in the face. As the victim attempted to dial 911 Patricia entered the residence and struck the victim again.

Patricia Lucio was subsequently arrested and booked at the Porterville Substation.
